I've successfully coached in multiple industries at all levels of the organization.  Currently, I'm coaching Teams to increase innovation and build a coaching culture.  I believe in addressing conflict, promoting higher standards and would love to discuss how I can contribute to getting your team to perform at the next level.

Team coaching works with the team as a whole, not the sum of its parts.  We look at the overall dynamics of the team, versus individual personalities.  My job as a coach is to create awareness of how the team operates and invite them to perform at a higher level.  That may include micro-training in the form of a skill or a tool that would elevate their contributions. It's not my job to determine the vision, norms or SOPs but I can help you facilitate and model those as a leader.  Your job is to paint the vision, make clear the roles and responsibilities, and coach the individual team members to best fulfill their performance goals and development for their next role.  

If there is an isolated conflict between two valued team members that needs mediation, and coaching- that can be addressed as well.  

Your team will benefit from having an unbiased third-party who is an expert in reading the room and well versed in team best practices.  My job is to help your team fulfill their potential so they can achieve the organization’s goals with ease and satisfaction.
